Editorial standards

1. Accuracy

• Every policy-wording citation is based on the insurer's published wording.
• Legal citations follow the current text on Korea's National Law Information Center.
• We do not assert premium figures in the body text. Insurer materials or simulator results are only cited with their source.
• Estimates and examples carry a disclaimer that actual underwriting results may differ.

2. Independence

• N2N reviews the materials of all six insurers (AIG, Chubb, DB Insurance, KB Insurance, Meritz Fire, Hyundai Marine).
• We accept no additional advertising fees, sponsorship or incentives from any insurer.
• Insurers are always listed in a fixed alphabetical order — no ranking is implied.

3. Balance

• We do not use absolute claims such as "cheapest", "lowest price" or "No. 1".
• Coverage comparisons show exclusions and deductibles alongside benefits, not benefits alone.
• Scenario examples present both covered and excluded cases.

4. Transparency

• Every article states its author, last-updated date and review basis at the top.
• Author = Hanwook Seong (ACIU, broker Reg. No. 2026-012201).

• Our fee is paid by the insurer and is never added to the premium the cargo owner pays.
• This complies with Article 98 of the Insurance Business Act (prohibition of special benefits).

• Factual errors are corrected within 24 hours, with the date and nature of the correction noted at the foot of the article.
• When wordings or laws change, affected articles are identified and updated within 90 days.

• All insurance-advertising expressions follow Korea's insurance advertising-review guidelines; the company name, FSS registration number and contact appear in every page footer.
• Information collected with a quote request is used only for insurer underwriting review (Personal Information Protection Act).
